黨(dang)的(de)(de)二(er)十大(da)初步構建(jian)的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)式現代化理(li)(li)論體系,以(yi)全面系統地闡(chan)述現代化的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)特色、本質(zhi)要求(qiu)、重(zhong)大(da)原則(ze)等(deng)為(wei)基本內容,回答了什么是中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)式現代化,中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)式現代化的(de)(de)樣(yang)態面貌、根本遵循、堅持原則(ze)以(yi)及(ji)推進部署等(deng)重(zhong)大(da)問題(ti),必須正(zheng)確理(li)(li)解、全面領會(hui)和深(shen)刻把握。

中國(guo)(guo)式現(xian)代化(hua)以(yi)人口(kou)規模巨大、全體人民共同(tong)富裕、物質文(wen)明和(he)精神文(wen)明相協調、人與(yu)自然和(he)諧共生(sheng)、走和(he)平發展道路的(de)樣態彰顯基于自己國(guo)(guo)情的(de)中國(guo)(guo)特色。這五個(ge)方面既是理論概(gai)括(kuo),也(ye)是實(shi)踐要求(qiu)(qiu);既立足(zu)中國(guo)(guo)實(shi)際(ji),又面向世界(jie);既把黨的(de)性(xing)質宗(zong)旨融入現(xian)代化(hua)建設的(de)價值訴求(qiu)(qiu),又符合(he)各國(guo)(guo)現(xian)代化(hua)發展的(de)共同(tong)要求(qiu)(qiu);既造福中國(guo)(guo)人民,又推動建設一個(ge)美好世界(jie)。

中國(guo)式現代化遵循堅持(chi)(chi)中國(guo)共(gong)(gong)產(chan)黨領導,堅持(chi)(chi)中國(guo)特色社會主義(yi),實(shi)(shi)(shi)現高質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)發展,發展全(quan)過程人(ren)(ren)(ren)民(min)民(min)主,豐富(fu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)民(min)精神世(shi)界,實(shi)(shi)(shi)現全(quan)體人(ren)(ren)(ren)民(min)共(gong)(gong)同富(fu)裕,促進人(ren)(ren)(ren)與(yu)自然和(he)諧共(gong)(gong)生,推動構建人(ren)(ren)(ren)類命運共(gong)(gong)同體,創(chuang)造(zao)人(ren)(ren)(ren)類文明新形態等本(ben)(ben)質(zhi)(zhi)要求。這(zhe)九個方(fang)面本(ben)(ben)質(zhi)(zhi)要求的科學概(gai)括,是黨深刻總結我(wo)國(guo)和(he)世(shi)界其(qi)他國(guo)家現代化建設的歷史經驗,對(dui)我(wo)國(guo)這(zhe)樣一個東方(fang)大國(guo)如(ru)何加快現代化在認識(shi)上(shang)不(bu)斷深入(ru)、戰(zhan)略(lve)上(shang)不(bu)斷成熟、實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐上(shang)不(bu)斷豐富(fu)而形成的思想理論(lun)結晶。

中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國式現代化(hua)必須(xu)堅持(chi)(chi)和加強黨的(de)全面(mian)領(ling)導,堅持(chi)(chi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國特色(se)社會主義道路(lu),堅持(chi)(chi)以人民為中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心的(de)發展思(si)想,堅持(chi)(chi)深化(hua)改(gai)革(ge)開放,堅持(chi)(chi)發揚斗(dou)(dou)爭精(jing)神。這“五個堅持(chi)(chi)”是中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國式現代化(hua)不斷向前推進(jin)和拓(tuo)展道路(lu)上必須(xu)牢牢把握的(de)重大原則,為新時代新征(zheng)程(cheng)奮斗(dou)(dou)實踐中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)把握戰(zhan)略機遇(yu)、應對風險挑戰(zhan)確立了行(xing)動(dong)指南。

中國(guo)式現代化理論(lun)體系是一(yi)個(ge)緊密(mi)聯系的(de)整體。中國(guo)特色揭示中國(guo)式現代化的(de)創新面相(xiang),本(ben)(ben)(ben)質(zhi)(zhi)要求強調中國(guo)式現代化的(de)根本(ben)(ben)(ben)遵循,重大原則(ze)(ze)形成(cheng)實踐準則(ze)(ze)。中國(guo)特色體現本(ben)(ben)(ben)質(zhi)(zhi)要求,本(ben)(ben)(ben)質(zhi)(zhi)要求決定(ding)重大原則(ze)(ze),重大原則(ze)(ze)為打造(zao)中國(guo)特色和遵循本(ben)(ben)(ben)質(zhi)(zhi)要求提供保證。

習近平總書記(ji)指出(chu)(chu):“概(gai)括提出(chu)(chu)并(bing)深入闡述中國式現代(dai)(dai)化(hua)(hua)理論(lun)(lun),是(shi)黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)二十大的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)個(ge)重(zhong)大理論(lun)(lun)創(chuang)新,是(shi)科學社會(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)義(yi)的(de)(de)(de)最新重(zhong)大成果。”這是(shi)對中國式現代(dai)(dai)化(hua)(hua)理論(lun)(lun)體(ti)系創(chuang)新價值作出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)大論(lun)(lun)斷。構建中國式現代(dai)(dai)化(hua)(hua)理論(lun)(lun)體(ti)系建立在新中國成立特別是(shi)改革開放(fang)以(yi)來(lai)長期探(tan)索和(he)實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)基礎上(shang),經過黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)十八大以(yi)來(lai)在理論(lun)(lun)和(he)實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)新突破,中國式現代(dai)(dai)化(hua)(hua)成功推進和(he)拓展。新時代(dai)(dai)十年(nian)偉大變革,為(wei)(wei)中國式現代(dai)(dai)化(hua)(hua)提供了更(geng)(geng)為(wei)(wei)完善的(de)(de)(de)制度保證、更(geng)(geng)為(wei)(wei)堅實(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)物質(zhi)基礎、更(geng)(geng)為(wei)(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)動的(de)(de)(de)精神力量。以(yi)實(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)積淀為(wei)(wei)基礎、創(chuang)新突破為(wei)(wei)進展構建起來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)中國式現代(dai)(dai)化(hua)(hua)理論(lun)(lun)體(ti)系,是(shi)黨(dang)不斷深化(hua)(hua)共(gong)產(chan)黨(dang)執政規律、社會(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)義(yi)建設(she)規律、人(ren)類社會(hui)發展規律的(de)(de)(de)成果。

中(zhong)(zhong)華民族對現(xian)代(dai)化(hua)的(de)追求(qiu)經(jing)歷(li)了一個(ge)艱難曲(qu)折的(de)探(tan)索過程,既不(bu)是一日(ri)之功,也并非一帆風順。新(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)成(cheng)立后,建設社(she)會(hui)主義現(xian)代(dai)化(hua)國(guo)(guo)家,成(cheng)為幾(ji)代(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)共(gong)產(chan)黨人(ren)接力(li)奮(fen)斗的(de)宏偉(wei)目標,鄧小(xiao)(xiao)平同志提出(chu)“中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)式(shi)的(de)四個(ge)現(xian)代(dai)化(hua)”概念,并用“小(xiao)(xiao)康(kang)之家”來比喻(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)式(shi)的(de)四個(ge)現(xian)代(dai)化(hua)。從(cong)建設小(xiao)(xiao)康(kang)社(she)會(hui)到全面建成(cheng)小(xiao)(xiao)康(kang)社(she)會(hui),在黨的(de)堅(jian)強領導下,我國(guo)(guo)用幾(ji)十年(nian)時(shi)間走完了發達國(guo)(guo)家幾(ji)百年(nian)走過的(de)工(gong)業化(hua)進程,帶領中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)不(bu)僅實現(xian)了從(cong)幾(ji)千年(nian)封建專制政治(zhi)向人(ren)民民主的(de)偉(wei)大飛(fei)躍,而且實現(xian)了從(cong)生產(chan)力(li)相(xiang)對落后的(de)狀況到經(jing)濟總量躍居(ju)世界第(di)二的(de)歷(li)史(shi)性突(tu)破。不(bu)斷對實踐經(jing)驗進行理論(lun)提升,為中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)式(shi)現(xian)代(dai)化(hua)理論(lun)體系構(gou)建作出(chu)了思想鋪墊。
