習(xi)近平總書記指出:“回顧100多年黨(dang)(dang)的(de)(de)(de)歷(li)史,黨(dang)(dang)團結帶領人民接續奮斗(dou),中華(hua)民族迎來(lai)(lai)了從(cong)站起(qi)來(lai)(lai)、富(fu)起(qi)來(lai)(lai)到強起(qi)來(lai)(lai)的(de)(de)(de)偉大(da)飛躍,這(zhe)個(ge)偉大(da)飛躍是(shi)改(gai)造(zao)社會的(de)(de)(de)偉大(da)事(shi)業,同(tong)時也(ye)是(shi)改(gai)造(zao)自(zi)身(shen)的(de)(de)(de)偉大(da)工程(cheng)。”這(zhe)就意味著,要理(li)解我們黨(dang)(dang)為(wei)什么要把黨(dang)(dang)的(de)(de)(de)建設作為(wei)一項偉大(da)工程(cheng)來(lai)(lai)推動(dong),就必(bi)須(xu)從(cong)中國(guo)共產(chan)黨(dang)(dang)與中華(hua)民族之間的(de)(de)(de)關系(xi)以及中國(guo)共產(chan)黨(dang)(dang)自(zi)身(shen)建設等維度來(lai)(lai)把握。
政(zheng)(zheng)黨、國家和(he)社(she)會是(shi)現代(dai)政(zheng)(zheng)治(zhi)結構的主體要(yao)素,都承(cheng)擔(dan)著(zhu)相(xiang)應功能,推動著(zhu)現代(dai)政(zheng)(zheng)治(zhi)運(yun)行和(he)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)并在(zai)現代(dai)文明(ming)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)過程(cheng)中發(fa)(fa)揮著(zhu)重要(yao)作(zuo)用。不同(tong)歷史邏輯決定(ding)了不同(tong)國家在(zai)建(jian)構和(he)運(yun)行現代(dai)政(zheng)(zheng)治(zhi)以及推動現代(dai)文明(ming)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)的過程(cheng)中,政(zheng)(zheng)黨、國家和(he)社(she)會所(suo)發(fa)(fa)揮的作(zuo)用以及彼此之間的關系也存在(zai)著(zhu)相(xiang)應差異。
鴉片戰爭之后(hou),在現代(dai)化浪潮沖(chong)擊之下(xia),作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)文明(ming)(ming)體的(de)(de)中華(hua)民(min)族開(kai)始走向衰落。推動中華(hua)文明(ming)(ming)從古典(dian)向現代(dai)轉(zhuan)型,構(gou)建中華(hua)民(min)族現代(dai)文明(ming)(ming),成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)中華(hua)民(min)族偉大(da)復興的(de)(de)必然選擇。由于不僅不能(neng)履(lv)行推動文明(ming)(ming)轉(zhuan)型的(de)(de)使(shi)命(ming)(ming)(ming),而且還成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)現代(dai)文明(ming)(ming)建構(gou)的(de)(de)阻礙,所以(yi),清王朝就成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)革(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)對象。辛亥革(ge)命(ming)(ming)(ming)之后(hou),現代(dai)政黨登上了(le)中國(guo)歷(li)史舞臺,成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)支(zhi)撐文明(ming)(ming)轉(zhuan)型和(he)構(gou)建現代(dai)文明(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)領導力(li)量。經(jing)過歷(li)史和(he)人(ren)民(min)選擇,領導中國(guo)人(ren)民(min)實現中華(hua)民(min)族偉大(da)復興的(de)(de)歷(li)史使(shi)命(ming)(ming)(ming),落到了(le)中國(guo)共產黨身上。

黨的(de)自我革命與新(xin)時代黨的(de)建(jian)設新(xin)的(de)偉大工程(cheng)
黨(dang)建文明(ming)的(de)(de)邏(luo)輯,決定了政黨(dang)對文明(ming)發展具(ju)有領導和推(tui)動作用,與之(zhi)相(xiang)適應,也要求政黨(dang)必須根據文明(ming)發展的(de)(de)需要來推(tui)動自身創新和發展。中(zhong)華(hua)民族現(xian)代文明(ming)建設和發展需要通過(guo)(guo)黨(dang)的(de)(de)自我(wo)革命(ming)引(yin)領社(she)會革命(ming)得以(yi)實現(xian),需要通過(guo)(guo)全面從嚴治黨(dang)推(tui)進(jin)黨(dang)的(de)(de)建設的(de)(de)偉大工(gong)程得以(yi)支撐。

在黨的二(er)十大(da)報(bao)告中(zhong),習近平總書記(ji)指(zhi)出:“全面建(jian)(jian)(jian)設社會(hui)(hui)主義現(xian)(xian)代化國(guo)(guo)家、全面推進(jin)(jin)中(zhong)華民(min)族偉大(da)復興(xing),關鍵在黨。”這(zhe)就要(yao)求(qiu)我們落實新(xin)時代黨的建(jian)(jian)(jian)設總要(yao)求(qiu),深(shen)入推進(jin)(jin)新(xin)時代黨的建(jian)(jian)(jian)設新(xin)的偉大(da)工程,健(jian)全全面從嚴(yan)治黨體系(xi),全面推進(jin)(jin)黨的自我凈化、自我完(wan)善、自我革(ge)新(xin)、自我提高,使我們黨堅守初(chu)心使命,始終(zhong)成為中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)特色社會(hui)(hui)主義事業的堅強領(ling)導核心,使中(zhong)華民(min)族現(xian)(xian)代文(wen)明(ming)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設得以順(shun)利推進(jin)(jin),使中(zhong)華民(min)族偉大(da)復興(xing)得以順(shun)利實現(xian)(xian)。
