一種(zhong)文(wen)明(ming)的(de)(de)(de)對外傳(chuan)播,是一個讓其他文(wen)明(ming)“了解”自己、“理解”自己、“接受”自己的(de)(de)(de)過程,“理解”和“接受”的(de)(de)(de)關鍵在(zai)于能(neng)否獲(huo)得核(he)心文(wen)化(hua)(hua)認同。核(he)心文(wen)化(hua)(hua)認同往往與不(bu)同族(zu)群、歷史、傳(chuan)統聯系在(zai)一起,呈現(xian)在(zai)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)念(nian)體系中(zhong)(zhong),世界觀(guan)(guan)(guan)、人(ren)生(sheng)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)、價(jia)值觀(guan)(guan)(guan)構成了觀(guan)(guan)(guan)念(nian)體系的(de)(de)(de)主要(yao)內容(rong)。中(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)優(you)秀傳(chuan)統文(wen)化(hua)(hua)源(yuan)遠流長、博大(da)精深(shen),是中(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)文(wen)明(ming)的(de)(de)(de)智慧結晶,其主張的(de)(de)(de)天下(xia)為(wei)(wei)公、民為(wei)(wei)邦(bang)本、為(wei)(wei)政以德(de)、革故鼎(ding)新、任人(ren)唯賢、天人(ren)合一、自強不(bu)息(xi)、厚(hou)德(de)載(zai)物、講信修睦、親(qin)仁善(shan)鄰(lin)等思想(xiang)理念(nian),是中(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)民族(zu)在(zai)長期生(sheng)產生(sheng)活中(zhong)(zhong)積累(lei)的(de)(de)(de)宇宙觀(guan)(guan)(guan)、天下(xia)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)、社會觀(guan)(guan)(guan)、道(dao)德(de)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)體現(xian),為(wei)(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)國式現(xian)代化(hua)(hua)奠定了深(shen)厚(hou)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)底蘊。

以(yi)民(min)為(wei)本(ben)、以(yi)民(min)為(wei)先(xian)是中國傳統(tong)執政理(li)(li)念。“民(min)惟邦本(ben),本(ben)固邦寧”“仁(ren)者(zhe)愛人(ren)(ren)”“先(xian)天下之憂而憂,后(hou)天下之樂而樂”等理(li)(li)念主張,體現(xian)(xian)了古(gu)代(dai)(dai)先(xian)哲心(xin)系于民(min)、順(shun)應(ying)民(min)心(xin)的(de)(de)(de)情懷(huai),發揮了建構(gou)社會、穩定社會、校正(zheng)社會的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)作用(yong)。在推進中國式現(xian)(xian)代(dai)(dai)化的(de)(de)(de)進程中,中國共產黨堅持以(yi)馬克(ke)思主義為(wei)指導,繼承傳統(tong)民(min)本(ben)思想的(de)(de)(de)合理(li)(li)內核(he),并(bing)進行創(chuang)造(zao)性轉化、創(chuang)新性發展,形成(cheng)了“堅持人(ren)(ren)民(min)至上”的(de)(de)(de)價值追求,為(wei)堅持以(yi)人(ren)(ren)民(min)為(wei)中心(xin)推進“人(ren)(ren)口規模巨大的(de)(de)(de)現(xian)(xian)代(dai)(dai)化”提供了豐(feng)厚文化滋(zi)養和(he)堅實理(li)(li)論基礎。

“天下大同(tong)”寄(ji)予中(zhong)華(hua)(hua)民(min)(min)族(zu)對未來美(mei)好社會(hui)的(de)(de)理(li)想(xiang)。“民(min)(min)亦勞止(zhi),汔可小康(kang)”“治國(guo)之道,富民(min)(min)為(wei)始”等表達了我(wo)們(men)祖先對強國(guo)富民(min)(min)的(de)(de)憧憬。“全體人民(min)(min)共(gong)同(tong)富裕(yu)的(de)(de)現(xian)代(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)”是(shi)這一理(li)念的(de)(de)升(sheng)華(hua)(hua)。可以(yi)(yi)說(shuo),共(gong)同(tong)富裕(yu)是(shi)中(zhong)華(hua)(hua)民(min)(min)族(zu)自(zi)古以(yi)(yi)來的(de)(de)社會(hui)理(li)想(xiang),也是(shi)中(zhong)國(guo)共(gong)產黨(dang)(dang)矢(shi)志(zhi)不(bu)(bu)渝的(de)(de)奮斗目(mu)標。作為(wei)馬(ma)克思主義政黨(dang)(dang),我(wo)們(men)黨(dang)(dang)始終(zhong)把實(shi)現(xian)人民(min)(min)對美(mei)好生活的(de)(de)向往作為(wei)現(xian)代(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設的(de)(de)出發點和(he)落腳(jiao)點,堅定(ding)不(bu)(bu)移以(yi)(yi)中(zhong)國(guo)式現(xian)代(dai)化(hua)(hua)(hua)扎實(shi)推進全體人民(min)(min)共(gong)同(tong)富裕(yu)。

“倉廩實(shi)而(er)知禮節,衣(yi)食足而(er)知榮辱”揭示了物(wu)質文(wen)明(ming)與精(jing)神文(wen)明(ming)的關(guan)系。中華文(wen)明(ming)歷來(lai)重視人(ren)的精(jing)神生活,既追求豐衣(yi)足食,又追求人(ren)格尊嚴,講究仁義(yi)禮智信,期盼社(she)會(hui)和(he)諧(xie),憧憬物(wu)質生活充實(shi)、道德境界高(gao)尚、社(she)會(hui)公平正義(yi)的大同世界。中國式現代化(hua)(hua)是“物(wu)質文(wen)明(ming)和(he)精(jing)神文(wen)明(ming)相協調的現代化(hua)(hua)”,正是契合了這一文(wen)化(hua)(hua)傳統。

“天(tian)人(ren)合(he)(he)一(yi)”表(biao)達了(le)對(dui)人(ren)與(yu)自然(ran)(ran)關系(xi)的(de)(de)認(ren)(ren)識(shi)。中(zhong)(zhong)華文化強調(diao)“天(tian)人(ren)合(he)(he)一(yi)”,孟子提出“不違(wei)農時,谷不可(ke)(ke)勝(sheng)食也;數罟不入洿池,魚鱉不可(ke)(ke)勝(sheng)食也;斧斤(jin)以時入山林(lin),材木不可(ke)(ke)勝(sheng)用也”,是天(tian)人(ren)合(he)(he)一(yi)思(si)想(xiang)在先秦時期(qi)的(de)(de)樸(pu)素表(biao)達。明(ming)確提出天(tian)人(ren)合(he)(he)一(yi)思(si)想(xiang)的(de)(de)漢代董仲舒認(ren)(ren)為:“天(tian)亦有喜怒之(zhi)(zhi)氣,哀樂之(zhi)(zhi)心,與(yu)人(ren)相副,以類合(he)(he)之(zhi)(zhi),天(tian)人(ren)一(yi)也。”這些觀(guan)念表(biao)現出中(zhong)(zhong)華民族對(dui)人(ren)與(yu)自然(ran)(ran)是生(sheng)命(ming)共(gong)同體(ti)的(de)(de)深刻認(ren)(ren)識(shi),以及對(dui)風調(diao)雨順(shun)、河清海(hai)晏、人(ren)與(yu)自然(ran)(ran)和諧共(gong)生(sheng)的(de)(de)太平景象的(de)(de)向往和追求(qiu)。這些理念,為中(zhong)(zhong)國式現代化確立綠色(se)發展的(de)(de)價值(zhi)理念和走人(ren)與(yu)自然(ran)(ran)和諧共(gong)生(sheng)的(de)(de)可(ke)(ke)持續發展路徑奠定了(le)文化根基。

中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)沒有稱霸的文化(hua)基因。講(jiang)信修睦,親仁善(shan)鄰,“強不(bu)(bu)執弱(ruo),眾不(bu)(bu)劫寡,富不(bu)(bu)侮貧,貴不(bu)(bu)傲賤”等,是中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)人民自(zi)古就(jiu)秉承的精(jing)神(shen),蘊含著和平、發展、公平、正(zheng)義、民主、自(zi)由的全(quan)人類共(gong)同價值。中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)式現代(dai)化(hua)以為(wei)(wei)人類謀進(jin)步、為(wei)(wei)世界謀大(da)同為(wei)(wei)重要奮斗目標,內(nei)含著積淀在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)華民族(zu)文化(hua)基因和血脈當中(zhong)(zhong)的天(tian)下為(wei)(wei)公、親仁善(shan)鄰思想,中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)式現代(dai)化(hua)是“走和平發展道路的現代(dai)化(hua)”,正(zheng)是這(zhe)一(yi)精(jing)神(shen)的自(zi)然延續(xu)。
