  近日,中(zhong)國(guo)人民銀(yin)行(xing)貨幣政(zheng)策委員會(hui)2020年二(er)季(ji)度例會(hui)提出,要有效(xiao)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)揮結構性(xing)貨幣政(zheng)策工(gong)具(ju)的(de)精準滴灌作用,銀(yin)保監會(hui)印發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)商(shang)(shang)業(ye)(ye)銀(yin)行(xing)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)微(wei)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)金(jin)(jin)融服務監管(guan)評價(jia)辦(ban)法,從(cong)制度設計、政(zheng)策導(dao)向、激勵約(yue)束等三個(ge)方(fang)面,精準構建了(le)普(pu)(pu)惠(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)金(jin)(jin)融政(zheng)策直(zhi)達實(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)經濟的(de)三角支撐。實(shi)踐(jian)中(zhong),各類銀(yin)行(xing)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展普(pu)(pu)惠(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)金(jin)(jin)融業(ye)(ye)務的(de)積極性(xing)明顯上(shang)(shang)升,普(pu)(pu)惠(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)金(jin)(jin)融業(ye)(ye)務發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)展態勢繼續向好,利用大數據信息線(xian)上(shang)(shang)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)放個(ge)體(ti)(ti)(ti)工(gong)商(shang)(shang)戶貸(dai)款(kuan)逐步成為趨勢。截至2020年3月末(mo),全國(guo)普(pu)(pu)惠(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)型(xing)(xing)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)微(wei)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)貸(dai)款(kuan)余(yu)(yu)額12.55萬億元,同(tong)比(bi)增長25.93%;其中(zhong),普(pu)(pu)惠(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)型(xing)(xing)個(ge)體(ti)(ti)(ti)工(gong)商(shang)(shang)戶貸(dai)款(kuan)余(yu)(yu)額4.01萬億元,同(tong)比(bi)增長16.63%;在納入市場監管(guan)總局小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)微(wei)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)名(ming)錄的(de)個(ge)體(ti)(ti)(ti)工(gong)商(shang)(shang)戶中(zhong),貸(dai)款(kuan)覆蓋率為21.4%。2020年一季(ji)度,全國(guo)銀(yin)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)金(jin)(jin)融機構新發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)放普(pu)(pu)惠(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)型(xing)(xing)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)微(wei)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)貸(dai)款(kuan)利率6.15%,在2019年基礎(chu)上(shang)(shang)下降了(le)0.55個(ge)百分(fen)點。
