2022年前三季度我國GDP增長3.0% 國民經濟恢復向好

 人民(min)網北京10月24日(ri)電 (記(ji)者楊曦)國家(jia)統計局今日(ri)發布三(san)季度多(duo)項宏觀經濟數(shu)據(ju)顯(xian)示(shi),今年以來,面對復(fu)雜嚴峻的國(guo)(guo)內外形勢和多重超預期因(yin)素沖擊,國(guo)(guo)民經濟頂住壓力(li)持續恢復(fu),三季(ji)度經濟恢復(fu)向好,明顯(xian)好于二季(ji)度,生(sheng)產需求持續改善(shan),就業物(wu)價(jia)總(zong)體穩定,民生(sheng)保(bao)障有(you)力(li)有(you)效,總(zong)體運(yun)行在(zai)合理區間。

初步核算,前三(san)季(ji)度(du)(du)國(guo)內生產總值(zhi)870269億(yi)元,按不(bu)變價格計算,同比(bi)增長(chang)(chang)3.0%,比(bi)上半年(nian)加(jia)快0.5個百(bai)分(fen)點(dian)。分(fen)產業(ye)看(kan),第(di)(di)一產業(ye)增加(jia)值(zhi)54779億(yi)元,同比(bi)增長(chang)(chang)4.2%;第(di)(di)二(er)產業(ye)增加(jia)值(zhi)350189億(yi)元,增長(chang)(chang)3.9%;第(di)(di)三(san)產業(ye)增加(jia)值(zhi)465300億(yi)元,增長(chang)(chang)2.3%。分(fen)季(ji)度(du)(du)看(kan),一季(ji)度(du)(du)國(guo)內生產總值(zhi)同比(bi)增長(chang)(chang)4.8%,二(er)季(ji)度(du)(du)增長(chang)(chang)0.4%,三(san)季(ji)度(du)(du)增長(chang)(chang)3.9%。從(cong)環比(bi)看(kan),三(san)季(ji)度(du)(du)國(guo)內生產總值(zhi)增長(chang)(chang)3.9%。

糧食生產形勢較好,畜牧業平穩增長

前三季度(du)(du),農業(種植(zhi)業)增(zeng)加值同(tong)比增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)3.8%。全(quan)國(guo)夏(xia)糧(liang)早稻(dao)產(chan)(chan)量(liang)合計17553萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun)(dun),比上年增(zeng)加155萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun)(dun),增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)0.9%。秋糧(liang)播種面(mian)積穩中(zhong)(zhong)有增(zeng),秋糧(liang)生產(chan)(chan)有望豐收。前三季度(du)(du),豬牛(niu)羊(yang)禽(qin)(qin)肉產(chan)(chan)量(liang)6711萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun)(dun),同(tong)比增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)4.4%,其中(zhong)(zhong)豬肉、牛(niu)肉、禽(qin)(qin)肉、羊(yang)肉產(chan)(chan)量(liang)分別增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)5.9%、3.6%、1.7%、1.5%;牛(niu)奶產(chan)(chan)量(liang)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)7.7%,禽(qin)(qin)蛋產(chan)(chan)量(liang)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)2.7%。三季度(du)(du)末,生豬存欄(lan)44394萬(wan)(wan)頭,同(tong)比增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)1.4%,其中(zhong)(zhong)能繁殖(zhi)母豬存欄(lan)4362萬(wan)(wan)頭;生豬出欄(lan)52030萬(wan)(wan)頭,同(tong)比增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)5.8%。

服務業持續恢復,現代服務業增勢較好

市場銷售逐步改善,基本生活類商品銷售較快

就業形勢總體穩定

前三(san)(san)季(ji)(ji)度,全國城(cheng)鎮(zhen)調查(cha)(cha)失(shi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)率平均(jun)(jun)為(wei)5.6%,其中三(san)(san)季(ji)(ji)度平均(jun)(jun)為(wei)5.4%,比二季(ji)(ji)度下降0.4個百分點。9月(yue)份(fen),全國城(cheng)鎮(zhen)調查(cha)(cha)失(shi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)率為(wei)5.5%,比上月(yue)上升0.2個百分點。本地戶(hu)籍人(ren)(ren)口(kou)(kou)調查(cha)(cha)失(shi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)率為(wei)5.4%;外(wai)來(lai)(lai)戶(hu)籍人(ren)(ren)口(kou)(kou)調查(cha)(cha)失(shi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)率為(wei)5.6%,其中外(wai)來(lai)(lai)農業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)戶(hu)籍人(ren)(ren)口(kou)(kou)調查(cha)(cha)失(shi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)率為(wei)5.5%。16-24歲人(ren)(ren)口(kou)(kou)、25-59歲人(ren)(ren)口(kou)(kou)調查(cha)(cha)失(shi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)率分別為(wei)17.9%、4.7%。31個大城(cheng)市城(cheng)鎮(zhen)調查(cha)(cha)失(shi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)率為(wei)5.8%。全國企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)就業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)員周平均(jun)(jun)工作時間為(wei)47.8小時。三(san)(san)季(ji)(ji)度末(mo),外(wai)出務(wu)工農村勞動力總量18270萬(wan)人(ren)(ren)。

居民收入平穩增長,農村居民收入增長快于城鎮

前(qian)三季度,全(quan)國(guo)居(ju)民(min)人(ren)均(jun)可(ke)支(zhi)配(pei)收(shou)(shou)(shou)入(ru)27650元(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)名義增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)5.3%;扣除價格因素實際增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)3.2%,比(bi)上半年加快0.2個百分點(dian)。按常(chang)住地(di)分,城鎮居(ju)民(min)人(ren)均(jun)可(ke)支(zhi)配(pei)收(shou)(shou)(shou)入(ru)37482元(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)名義增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)4.3%,實際增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)2.3%;農村居(ju)民(min)人(ren)均(jun)可(ke)支(zhi)配(pei)收(shou)(shou)(shou)入(ru)14600元(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)名義增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)6.4%,實際增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)4.3%。從收(shou)(shou)(shou)入(ru)來源看,全(quan)國(guo)居(ju)民(min)人(ren)均(jun)工資性收(shou)(shou)(shou)入(ru)、經營凈收(shou)(shou)(shou)入(ru)、財(cai)產凈收(shou)(shou)(shou)入(ru)、轉移凈收(shou)(shou)(shou)入(ru)分別名義增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)5.1%、5.2%、5.8%、5.6%。全(quan)國(guo)居(ju)民(min)人(ren)均(jun)可(ke)支(zhi)配(pei)收(shou)(shou)(shou)入(ru)中(zhong)位數(shu)23277元(yuan),同(tong)比(bi)名義增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)5.1%。

國(guo)家(jia)統計局(ju)新聞(wen)人發言人表示,總的來看,我國(guo)經(jing)濟(ji)克服(fu)多重超預期沖擊的不利影響,主要(yao)指標恢復(fu)回穩(wen),保(bao)持在(zai)合(he)理區(qu)間,積極因素累積增多。但也(ye)要(yao)看到,外部環境(jing)更趨復(fu)雜(za)嚴峻,國(guo)內經(jing)濟(ji)恢復(fu)基礎(chu)仍不牢固。下(xia)階段,要(yao)繼續(xu)做好(hao)“六穩(wen)”“六保(bao)”工作(zuo),狠(hen)抓相關政策(ce)落實(shi)見效(xiao),充分(fen)釋(shi)放政策(ce)效(xiao)能,著力保(bao)市場主體穩(wen)就業(ye)穩(wen)物價,擴大有(you)效(xiao)需求,推改革激活力,鞏(gong)固經(jing)濟(ji)恢復(fu)發展(zhan)基礎(chu),保(bao)持經(jing)濟(ji)運(yun)行在(zai)合(he)理區(qu)間,力爭(zheng)實(shi)現最好(hao)結(jie)果。
