一(yi)、建設(she)中(zhong)華民族現代(dai)文明要牢牢把握“根脈(mo)”

中華(hua)優秀傳(chuan)統文化(hua),既(ji)是馬克思主義中國化(hua)時(shi)代化(hua)的(de)根脈,也是建(jian)設中華(hua)民族現代文明的(de)根脈。

在當(dang)今(jin)世界(jie)百年(nian)未(wei)有之大變局中(zhong)(zhong),圍繞高科技的(de)(de)綜合國力(li)的(de)(de)競(jing)爭(zheng)和(he)較量日趨(qu)激烈,以文(wen)化文(wen)明為中(zhong)(zhong)心的(de)(de)國家文(wen)化軟實力(li)的(de)(de)地位和(he)作用更加(jia)凸(tu)顯。必須(xu)形成以創新驅(qu)動(dong)、高質量發(fa)展為引領的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)國式現代(dai)(dai)化同(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)民(min)(min)族現代(dai)(dai)文(wen)明雙(shuang)輪驅(qu)動(dong)的(de)(de)格局,中(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)民(min)(min)族偉大復興(xing)才有可靠的(de)(de)保障。

文(wen)化(hua)是(shi)一(yi)個國(guo)(guo)家(jia)、一(yi)個民(min)(min)族(zu)(zu)(zu)的靈魂。文(wen)化(hua)興國(guo)(guo)運興,文(wen)化(hua)強(qiang)民(min)(min)族(zu)(zu)(zu)強(qiang)。文(wen)化(hua)自(zi)(zi)信(xin),是(shi)黨、國(guo)(guo)家(jia)、民(min)(min)族(zu)(zu)(zu)的立足點。沒(mei)有高度的文(wen)化(hua)自(zi)(zi)信(xin),沒(mei)有文(wen)化(hua)的繁榮興盛(sheng),就(jiu)沒(mei)有中華民(min)(min)族(zu)(zu)(zu)偉大(da)復(fu)興。文(wen)化(hua)自(zi)(zi)信(xin)是(shi)更基本、更深沉、更持(chi)久的力量。特別是(shi)作為(wei)近代以(yi)來(lai)(lai)經(jing)歷(li)過(guo)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)蒙辱(ru)、人民(min)(min)蒙難、文(wen)明蒙塵的東方古國(guo)(guo)來(lai)(lai)說,文(wen)化(hua)自(zi)(zi)信(xin)顯得更為(wei)重要。堅定中國(guo)(guo)特色社會主義(yi)道路自(zi)(zi)信(xin)、理論(lun)自(zi)(zi)信(xin)、制度自(zi)(zi)信(xin),說到底是(shi)要堅定文(wen)化(hua)自(zi)(zi)信(xin)。歷(li)史和現實(shi)都表明,一(yi)個拋棄了或者背(bei)叛了自(zi)(zi)己(ji)歷(li)史文(wen)化(hua)的民(min)(min)族(zu)(zu)(zu),不(bu)僅不(bu)可能(neng)發展起來(lai)(lai),而且很可能(neng)上演(yan)一(yi)場(chang)歷(li)史悲劇(ju)。

堅(jian)定(ding)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)自信(xin),還(huan)有另一層重要意(yi)義(yi)(yi),就是(shi)(shi)(shi)在社(she)會(hui)(hui)主義(yi)(yi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)強國建(jian)設上,自覺抵制西(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)觀。在西(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)觀看來,只有西(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)才是(shi)(shi)(shi)建(jian)立在工業化(hua)和現(xian)(xian)(xian)代化(hua)基(ji)礎上的(de)(de)現(xian)(xian)(xian)代文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming),最(zui)終(zhong)要取(qu)代其他文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)。這(zhe)種西(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)觀混淆了兩(liang)個基(ji)本事實(shi)。一是(shi)(shi)(shi)世(shi)界(jie)各國文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)究(jiu)竟是(shi)(shi)(shi)“多(duo)元”還(huan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)“一元”的(de)(de),西(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)觀實(shi)際上是(shi)(shi)(shi)要用所(suo)謂(wei)(wei)“一元”取(qu)代“多(duo)元”;二(er)是(shi)(shi)(shi)世(shi)界(jie)各國的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)究(jiu)竟是(shi)(shi)(shi)平等的(de)(de)還(huan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)有所(suo)謂(wei)(wei)優劣之分,產生于農耕(geng)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)時代的(de)(de)古老文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)能(neng)否隨著現(xian)(xian)(xian)代化(hua)進(jin)程(cheng)跨入現(xian)(xian)(xian)代文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)。西(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)觀實(shi)際上是(shi)(shi)(shi)要將西(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)凌駕于廣大發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國家的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)之上,在所(suo)謂(wei)(wei)“效仿(fang)”西(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)的(de)(de)過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)消除其他民族(zu)獨(du)立發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)、獨(du)立生存的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)根(gen)基(ji),而(er)達到(dao)永遠稱霸世(shi)界(jie)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國特色(se)社(she)會(hui)(hui)主義(yi)(yi),不是(shi)(shi)(shi)簡(jian)單地(di)延續(xu)我(wo)國歷史(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)的(de)(de)母版,更不是(shi)(shi)(shi)西(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)模式(shi)的(de)(de)翻版,而(er)是(shi)(shi)(shi)科學(xue)社(she)會(hui)(hui)主義(yi)(yi)理論邏輯和中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國社(she)會(hui)(hui)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)歷史(shi)邏輯的(de)(de)辯證統一,是(shi)(shi)(shi)根(gen)植于中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國大地(di)、反映(ying)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國人民意(yi)愿、適應中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國和時代發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)進(jin)步(bu)要求的(de)(de)科學(xue)社(she)會(hui)(hui)主義(yi)(yi),是(shi)(shi)(shi)以中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國式(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)代化(hua)全(quan)面(mian)建(jian)設社(she)會(hui)(hui)主義(yi)(yi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)代化(hua)國家、全(quan)面(mian)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華民族(zu)偉(wei)大復興的(de)(de)必由之路。同樣,在5000多(duo)年文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)孕育的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華優秀傳統文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua),在黨和人民偉(wei)大斗爭中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)孕育的(de)(de)革命(ming)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)和社(she)會(hui)(hui)主義(yi)(yi)先(xian)進(jin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua),積淀著中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華民族(zu)最(zui)深(shen)層的(de)(de)精神追求,代表著中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華民族(zu)獨(du)特的(de)(de)精神標識(shi),一定(ding)能(neng)夠在此基(ji)礎上建(jian)成(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華民族(zu)現(xian)(xian)(xian)代文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)。

新(xin)征(zheng)程上,我們既(ji)要在開辟馬(ma)克思主(zhu)義中(zhong)國化時(shi)代化新(xin)境界中(zhong),也要在建設中(zhong)華(hua)民(min)族現代文(wen)明中(zhong),做好“根脈”和(he)“魂脈”有機統一這(zhe)篇大文(wen)章。這(zhe)就(jiu)要在以下三個問題上始(shi)終保持政治清(qing)醒和(he)政治堅定。
