生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)態文(wen)明建設是(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)特色社會(hui)(hui)主義事業的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)內(nei)容(rong),關(guan)(guan)系人民(min)福祉,關(guan)(guan)乎民(min)族未(wei)來,是(shi)一(yi)場涉(she)及生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產方(fang)式(shi)、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活方(fang)式(shi)、思維(wei)方(fang)式(shi)和價(jia)值(zhi)觀念的(de)(de)(de)深刻變革(ge)。2015年,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)共中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)央(yang)、國(guo)(guo)(guo)務院(yuan)印發《關(guan)(guan)于加(jia)快(kuai)推進(jin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)態文(wen)明建設的(de)(de)(de)意見(jian)》,首(shou)次提出“堅持把(ba)培(pei)育(yu)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)態文(wen)化(hua)作為重要(yao)支撐”。習近(jin)平總書記在2018年召開(kai)的(de)(de)(de)全國(guo)(guo)(guo)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)態環(huan)境保護大會(hui)(hui)上(shang)強調:“要(yao)加(jia)快(kuai)構建生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)態文(wen)明體系,加(jia)快(kuai)建立(li)健全以生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)態價(jia)值(zhi)觀念為準則的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)態文(wen)化(hua)體系”。今年1月發布(bu)的(de)(de)(de)《中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)共中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)央(yang)國(guo)(guo)(guo)務院(yuan)關(guan)(guan)于全面推進(jin)美麗中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)建設的(de)(de)(de)意見(jian)》,在“開(kai)展美麗中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)建設全民(min)行動”的(de)(de)(de)目標(biao)任務中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),突出強調培(pei)育(yu)弘揚生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)態文(wen)化(hua)。
生(sheng)(sheng)態(tai)(tai)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)是以生(sheng)(sheng)態(tai)(tai)價值觀為導向,對生(sheng)(sheng)態(tai)(tai)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)建設(she)理論(lun)和(he)實踐成果的(de)(de)總(zong)結(jie)、凝練和(he)傳(chuan)承,包(bao)括生(sheng)(sheng)態(tai)(tai)物質文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、精(jing)神文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、制度文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)和(he)行為文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)等,是生(sheng)(sheng)態(tai)(tai)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)樣態(tai)(tai)。它傳(chuan)遞(di)生(sheng)(sheng)態(tai)(tai)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)主(zhu)流價值觀,倡(chang)導勤儉節約、綠色(se)低碳、文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)健康的(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)產生(sheng)(sheng)活方式和(he)消費模式,喚起人們向上向善的(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)態(tai)(tai)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)自(zi)覺,為正確處理人與自(zi)然關系、解決生(sheng)(sheng)態(tai)(tai)環境領域突(tu)出問題、促進經濟社會(hui)發展全面綠色(se)轉(zhuan)型提供(gong)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)滋養和(he)內(nei)生(sheng)(sheng)動力(li)。培育弘揚(yang)生(sheng)(sheng)態(tai)(tai)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua),是習(xi)近平(ping)生(sheng)(sheng)態(tai)(tai)文(wen)(wen)明(ming)(ming)思(si)想的(de)(de)重要(yao)內(nei)容,是全面推進美麗(li)中國建設(she)的(de)(de)內(nei)在要(yao)求。
